Green Pea         Dip

Dill | Green peas | Mint Cream cheese | Lemon        Salt and pepper

Ingredients

            Cook green peas in a saucepan of salted boiling water for 2-3 minutes until tender.  Drain the water and place in a large mixing bowl

            Blend peas with the lemon juice to slacken the mixture until a smooth green pea puree forms.

                   Add the other ingredients. Blend the pea puree with cream cheese, lemon zest, and fresh herbs and blend until fully incorporated.

                   Season the dip to taste with salt and pepper and more lemon juice if preferred.
