Bloody Mary Amuse Bouche Shots

Serve Bloody Mary Amuse Bouche Shots for guests to knock back, on a brunch menu or before sitting down for dinner.

Ingredients
 

Bloody Mary cocktail

  • 75 ml (2.5 ounces) Vodka
  • 225 ml (1 cup) Tomato juice
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • Tabasco optional
  • Worcestershire sauce optional

Rim

  • Celery salt
  • Garlic powder
  • Chili flakes
  • Black pepper

Garnish

  • 1 Prawn
  • ½ Boiled egg
  • 1 Celery stalk
  • 1 Gherkin/pickle
  • 3 Olives
  • 1 cube Cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Add the vodka, tomato juice, and lemon juice into a jug filled with ice. Stir to combine.
  • Place the spices for the rim seasoning on a plate and mix together.
  • Rim each shot glass by rubbing a lemon wedge around the top and then dipping it into the spice mix.
  • Pour the Bloody Mary cocktail mix into each shot glass.
  • Thread your chosen garnishes onto cocktail skewers and balance on top. Serve immediately alongside the Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce.

Notes

You can make the cocktail mix ahead of time and keep it covered in the fridge. Stir to recombine before serving.
