Spicy Lime Avocado Sauce is creamy and flavorful, and made entirely from herbs, spices, and vegetables. It works as a salad dressing, a topping for tacos, a dip, or a sauce for BBQ meats. What's more, it takes about two minutes to make.

- 2 avocados
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 spring onion /salad onion
- 2 limes (juiced)
- 2 green chillis
- 25 grams (1 oz) fresh coriander/cilantro
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Wash the fresh herbs and add them to the blender with the avocado flesh, lime juice, spring onions, garlic, and chilli. De-seed the chili if you want to reduce the heat.
Blend until smooth, and add water to adjust the consistency. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
Store covered in the fridge and enjoy within 1-2 days.
