I am lucky enough to have been featured in the press talking about Rosanna ETC, my lifestyle, and my experiences. I talked to The Telegraph about setting up my blog and new life as a writer and chef. And I loved chatting to Sheer Luxe about what it's like at my house over Christmas!
I have also written for a growing list of publications around the world both online and in print. I ran my food blog whilst living in Belize for several months during the pandemic, and also worked on some features. Highlights included a review of Blancaneaux Lodge, Francis Ford Coppola's eco-luxe retreat in the Belizean jungle which I wrote for Haute Living San Francisco's annual travel issue.
I have written several other articles on working remotely abroad and tips on digital nomadism. In Rootless Living magazine, I went into detail on the ins and outs of being a nomad in Belize, and in Caribbean Lifestyle I detail my day to day life working remotely. I have written several travel guides for Culture Trip on various destinations, and am always looking to expand my portfolio with food-related writing to complement my work as a chef and food blogger.
In 2020 the world was focused on one thing only, and I documented my personal experiences of it for Glamour and Refinery 29.
